Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using TopShipped ("the Service") at topshipped.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use TopShipped. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are using TopShipped on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Notify us immediately at hello@topshipped.com if you suspect unauthorised access. We are not liable for losses arising from your failure to keep credentials secure.
You may not create more than one account per person or impersonate another individual or entity.
4. Project Submissions
4.1 Free plan
Free accounts may submit one (1) project listing. To submit additional projects, you must upgrade to a Premium subscription.
4.2 Premium plan
Premium accounts may submit unlimited project listings for the duration of an active subscription.
4.3 Content standards
You agree that all submitted content will:
- Be accurate and not intentionally misleading
- Be a genuine product or project you own or have authority to represent
- Not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights
- Not contain spam, malware, or deceptive links
- Not include illegal, hateful, or obscene material
We reserve the right to remove any listing that violates these standards without notice or refund.
5. Revenue Data and Payment Provider API Keys
You may optionally connect a payment provider by supplying a read-only API key. By doing so, you confirm:
- You are authorised to share this key with TopShipped
- The revenue data displayed is accurate to the best of your knowledge
- You will disconnect the integration immediately if the key is compromised
TopShipped uses API keys solely to fetch subscription revenue figures for display on your listing. We do not use keys to initiate charges, access customer PII, or perform any write operations. Keys are encrypted at rest.
6. Premium Subscription
Premium subscriptions are billed at $29 per month. Subscriptions renew automatically on the same day each month until cancelled.
- You may cancel at any time from your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- We do not offer refunds for partial months.
- If a payment fails, we will retry and may suspend Premium features until payment is resolved.
- Premium features (analytics, verified badge, dofollow backlinks, unlimited projects) are only available while a subscription is active.
7. Project Sponsorships
A Sponsorship is a one-time payment that gives your project a featured placement at the top of the listing for the selected duration. Sponsorships are non-refundable once activated. The sponsorship period begins immediately upon successful payment and cannot be paused or transferred.
8. Payments
All payments are processed by Stripe and subject to Stripe's Terms of Service. Prices are in USD and exclude any applicable taxes. You are responsible for any taxes applicable in your jurisdiction.
9. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of all content you submit (project descriptions, logos, screenshots, etc.). By submitting content, you grant TopShipped a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to display and distribute that content on the platform.
The TopShipped name, logo, and platform code are owned by TopShipped and may not be used without written permission.
10. Prohibited Conduct
You may not:
- Scrape or systematically extract data from TopShipped without permission
- Use the Service to distribute spam or unsolicited messages
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any account or system
- Submit false revenue figures to appear more successful than you are
- Use automated bots to inflate upvote counts
- Reverse engineer or copy the platform
11. Disclaimers
TopShipped is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of revenue data displayed on listings — it is self-reported or sourced from connected payment providers and may not reflect real-time figures.
We are not responsible for any decisions made based on information displayed on the platform.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TopShipped shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings. Upon termination, your project listings will be removed and any active Premium subscription will be cancelled.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which TopShipped is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
